    The AT29C040A is a 5-volt only in-system Flash Programmable and Erasable Rea Only Memory (PEROM). Its 4 megabits of memory is organized as 524,288 words by 8 bits. Manufactured with Atmel’s advanced nonvolatile CMOS EEPROM technology, the device offers access times up to 90 ns, and a low 220 mW power dissipatio When the device is deselected, the CMOS standby current is less than 100 µA. The device endurance is such that any sector can typically be written to in excess 10,000 times. The programming algorithm is compatible with other devices in Atmel 5-volt only Flash family.

Manufactured with Atmel’s advanced nonvolatile CMOS technology, the device offers access times to 70 ns with power dissipation of just 275 mW over the commercial temperature range. When the device is deselected, the CMOS standby current is less than 100 µA. The device endurance is such that any sector can typically be written to in excess of 10,000 times.

    The APL1117 is a low dropout three-terminal adjustable regulators with 1A output current capability. In order to obtain lower dropout voltage and faster transient response, which is critical for low voltage applications , the APL1117 has been optimized. The device is available in an adjustable version and fixed output voltages of 1.8V, 2.5V, 2.85V and 3.3V.

    The AT84AS004 is a 10-bit 2 Gsps ADC combined with a high-speed demultiplexer (DMUX) used to lower the LVDS output bit stream (10-bit data and one out-of range bit) by a factor of 2 or 4. It is fully compatible with the AT84AS003 10-bit 1.5 Gsps ADC. The ADC works in fully differential mode from the analog input to the digital outputs. It provides an on-chip 100Ω differential termination for the clock input. The analog input is 500 mVpp on a 100Ω differential input impedance. 50Ω reverse terminations are required for the analog input. They should be placed as close as possible to the EBGA package input pins (2 mm maximum). The output clock and the output data are LVDS compatible (100Ω differentially terminated).

    The AD584 is an eight-terminal precision voltage reference offering pin-programmable selection of four popular output voltages: 10.000 V, 7.500 V, 5.000 V and 2.500 V. Other output voltages, above, below or between the four standard outputs, are available by the addition of external resistors. Input voltage may vary between 4.5 and 30 volts.
